By Tube: Canada Water (2 stops from London Bridge), or Rotherhithe Station (the new Overground Line), then continue with the directions by bus of by foot.

By Bus: From Canada Water, take the C10 towards Victoria or 381 towards Waterloo / County Hall. Alight at Onega Way (map | street view). Cross the street and walk straight into Russia Dock Woodland, and proceed ahead to arrive at the green. Click here for a map of the journey »

By Foot from Canada Water Station: After exiting the station, walk along Surrey Quays Road (turn left out of the main exit or straight ahead out of the smaller exit). Continue up the left side of the road, over the overpass and proceed until you reach the traffic lights. A large store called "What?!?" will be on the far left corner. Turn left onto Canda St. and follow straight until it ends and continue onto the footpath until it meets Archangel St.. Alfred Salter Primary School will be on your right. Turn right and follow Archangel Street. Then, follow the path ahead into Russia Dock Woodland.

By Foot from Rotherhithe Station: Turn left out of the station and proceed along the street up the hill until you reach the pedestrian crossing. Turn right, crossing the street, and proceed along Surrey Water (which should be on your left). Keep walking with the water on your left until you get to Brass Talley Alley (on the opposite side of the canal). Cross the little foot bridge and proceed onto Brass Talley Alley and then straight onto Archangel St. Then, follow the path ahead into Russia Dock Woodland. Note, if you accidently cross at one of the earlier foot bridges, you'll be forced to come up onto one of the street overpasses and back down the opposite side of the road onto the canal again.

By Car: Offstreet parking is available throughout the area
(e.g. Archangel Street).

By Bike: Follow the directions for car or foot. Places to lock your bike are provided on the green.
